Boiler Fault

We woke up in the morning freezing cold to find our boiler had decided to break down. Being the middle of Jan, absolutely freezing, and having two small children in the house, getting someone out that day was essential. I rang Your Plumber and spoke to Sharon who was able to get someone out to us that afternoon. Bradley arrived and after having a good look, thought he'd be able to fix it the following day after ordering some parts in for us. The following morning we woke up to find everywhere covered in about 4 inches of snow! We assumed that there was no way that Bradley would be able to reach us (especially considering where we live), but he managed to get to the warehouse that morning to collect the parts and get to us only 20 minutes after he said he'd be there! We were so grateful, especially for the children (which is why I think he'd made the special effort to get to us!!!). Boiler was up and running within the hour, but Bradley only just managed to get home through the snow! Thank you so much Bradley for going out of your way for us. We have already recommended Your Plumber to our neighbours and certainly won't be using anyone else in the future.

New tank in roof space

Came in the night as an emergency as i had water coming through to my bedroom, the roof tank had split. He made it safe and came the next morning by 9am to install a new tank, the plumber was very kind as i was very distressed.

I had to have a new toilet pan but to match my bathroom suite, in pink, Terry was able to source the correct colour and style and the match is perfect.
